Kabbalini Yoga;
Jewish Fusion of Kabbalah and Kundalini Yoga
How can you possibly practice yoga while practicing Judaism? Rather than emptying your mind, allow your mind to empty of stress and fill with HaShem and the Shekhinah, the Divine Presence of the Creator. Rather than chanting words in Sanskrit, Kabbalini Yoga incorporates some Jewish, Hebrew, and Kabbalah teachings into meditations and visualizations, thereby allowing a holistic and holy practice. When we are breathing, moving, and meditating on HaShem we are folding our body, soul, and mind into our worship of the One Divine Being, blessed be His Name! Rather than chanting OM, in Kabbalini Yoga we will sing Yud because this is the Hebrew sound of creation according to Kabbalah teaching. The tree of life, hand locks, and meditations beginning and ending with the Shema and practiced to various Jewish music or Psalms creates a very spiritual practice in line with the Jewish lifestyle and the Jewish soul, while bringing all the benefits of the breathe, movement, and mental relief from modern life. Kabbalini Yoga is a system of yoga created to offer a Jewish Kundalini style yoga because this particular style of yoga focuses on monotheism and supports the very spiritual being in the intense breathing and movement sequences. Grow as a tree with deep roots, high reaching branches, and full foliage to receive and reflect the light of life!
